Check your Edgars Statements

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been an account holder at Edgars since 2013. My account is always paid on time. Dec I made an extra payment to make provision for January. Feb I get very rude calls up to 5 times per day. My account is in arrears. So I make another payment on 11 Feb 2020. Again. Nonstop rude calls. I am in arrears. When I asked for a statement, I realized that my payment of Feb doesn’t reflect - after sending emails, proof of payments and explaining myself to what feels like 10 different people - I am still in arrears and have been charges fees for late payments. Eventually I get a statement that reflects my payments, and I make a payment that same evening. The following day I still get constant calls - I explain that I will settle the account and close it. There is absolutely no communication at their offices. Constant rude calls. That is all there is. I will never support Edgars again. They treat their customers like dirt.
