Check your Edgars statement every month

Please check your statements and your account very well if you have an account with Edgars. I have been paying my account every month and so they brought in this new thing where you can click on your phone. You can pay your account via Ozwo, but clearly, that system is not working too well as they lost my payments, and now no matter how many emails I send they keep telling me that I am in arrears and until today they have not once asked me for my proof of payments. They keep telling me they checked and I have not been paying. I can kind of understand and expect this from Edcon but now they have been taken over by RCS and one would think they will be able to work it out but still, I have a problem. Now this mistake is going on my record as a bad payer just because they have a problem in their accounts department.
