Cheap Tricks to Generate Revenue.
My account was debited with amount of R38.01 for Part-month VIP membership fee plus VIP membership of R54.50. This without any consultation with me. Neither did I request this VIP membership. After speaking to Customer Care, the amount of R54.50 was reversed as \CLUB FORCED POST REVERSAL"but the amount of R38.01 is still outstanding. If this is not rectified immediately and a NIL balance reflected on my account"

16 May 2016, 08:29It's that time of year again when you decide to generate revenue by fair means or foul.
I have been charged for "Purchase Good Taste Travel and Eve" for a couple of months now and today I got a letter from your Account Outstanding department saying I owe you over R200. As happened last year, this was charged to my account without me either requesting it or being asked if I wanted it. Furthermore, I have not received said item.
I demand that you reverse that amount, which is the only amount outstanding on my account, together with all charges for late payment, etc. and then CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I want nothing more to do with you. Please confirm this has been done.
