CHARGING me for a service I don't even receive. ***

<p>Edgars has been charging me for a service I don't even use since I signed up for the account. When I call in to complain about it, they say that I will HAVE to pay for the service even though they have never given it to me because I unknowingly signed up for it. According to Principles of TFC every customer must be made aware of every service they are charged for and each charge should be carefully explained to the customers. Edgars and the EDCON group repeatedly fail to do this for their customers. And out of nowhere they have introduced a service fee that nobody was ever made aware of. Zinhle on the phone claims this has been happening since December but I know for a fact that this is a lie as I have email proof of them introducing the service fees this June.
