Charging extra fees to make a quick buck

I have called Edgars call center several times - the agents keep hanging up the phone.

I have email them several times and the response they are currently experiencing high email volumes and will attend to my email. I have mailed them sine January with no response to resolve this.

Edgars keeps charging me a monthly service fee on my Edgars Card ***. There's interest being charged on an interest fee 6 month plan as well. I am long standing customer and always pay my account. Never in arrears or missing a payment.

Can someone what is going on and refund the monies they keep charging me.

If this is not resolved - I will close my account with Edgars.
