Charging a client 3 months later for a purchase
This morning I woke up to a transaction going off my account , from “Edgar’s/Jet/CNA” for R259.99 for 3rd June . All this information was in the transaction details.
I was shocked because I didn’t purchase from any of these stores in the last 2 months and I immediately queried this amount with my banker.
She informed me that the transaction is from the 3rd June 2017 and the reason it’s being processed on the 22nd September is because Edgar’s banked their machine now, 3 months later.
Firstly my issue is, how can you bank your machine 3 months later for transactions done in June?
Secondly , the amount should have went off my account in June not September .
Thirdly, it’s 3 days before payday!
Fourthly, it’s unacceptable!
In fact you should not even charge me that amount as I am not at fault . You are at fault for banking your machine 3 months later. I am appalled at the incompetence.. I can only imagine what a mess everything else must be !!!!!!
Please fix this now! Pay back the money!!!!!!
