Chargeing for no reason on acc

Settled my account and had a 0 balance but edgards charged me for having an account so Rediculous. Call center says its administrator fee and put the call down. Had to go to 2 branchs to close the acc as they were off line again. Closed the acc and the lady says they still going to change you for closing the acc. Now I can see why the company bankrupt. Horrible service.
