Charged without consent

Added to some VIP membership or whatever without my permission??? I received a call in this regard and categorically stated that I was NOT interested. I refuse to pay. Added to that, I have received a charge for an account protection plan- which I have not signed up. I cancelled my Edgars club membership last year. I have a zero balance on my account.
