Charged for purchases never made

For the first time, I paid careful attention to my statement. I noticed to purchases reflected for R60 each on my statement at Edgars Menlyn. Firstly I only made one purchase of R60, therefore I've been billed twice. Secondly I paid for the purchase in full with my thank you points, therefore it should have been NIL. So I'm being charged for R120 that I did not incur. <br> I called the accounts section and they could not resolve the issue. I'm expected to now go to Edgars Menlyn, stand in a que and convince them to resolve their own error. I don't have time for this! And it makes me wonder how many other ghost purchases have been billed to my account or how many payments are not reflected!
