CHANGES TO THE WAY MY CELLPHONE WORKS
Dear Sir/Madam,<br> <br> I took out a deal with your company for an airtime contract.<br> The result is that ALL my calls show up as Private Numbers.<br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I did not ask for this and this change is therefore *******.<br> <br> You also did not explain that my points that I had already accumulated would be s****ped.<br> Not only did I lose the points that I had originally accumulated but any additional airtime that I subsequently purchase do not give me talking points. I did not agree to this.<br> Please explain yourselves<br> <br> The cellphone that you will reach me on is not the number in question. <br> <br> Clint Warren.
