celphone complaint

took my lumia phone on the 21:12:14. but it has not been fixed til now.first they lost the documents thn the phone was nowhere to be found but later i was told it was going to be fixed or i get a new phone.they now deny that and i stil have not received a phone.every friday im promised that i wel get my phone fixed til now.the managers keep on denyong that they promised me a new phone.they have stoped short of caling me a ****.fatiema had an condensending and undermining atitude.the 6:1:15 was the date she promised she wil personaly deliver my phone but im without my phone.they havw treated me like a non human being aftr being patient al this time but they have not kept their end of the deal.
