Cellphone ****** inside store

I had visited the store with my son and his dad on Sunday afternoon, while at the babysection talking to my son's dad asking him to take a jacket that was hung high my cellphone was taken from my childs pram, i immediately informed the store assistant and the security ran to inform the store manager Irvin. But he wasnt any help at all he told my son's dad that he is not allowed to look at the camera but will go check himself and came back a minute later and informed he cant see anything of which i think is impossible since there was a camera a few steps away from where we stood, I am not pleased on how the matter was handled,i believe Irvin knows who took my phone!
