cellphone repairs ridiculous service

I sent through my phone for repairs in July for repairs and still haven't got it back,I called the department numerous times they always tell me they busy with a sale and they will get back to me,they are ridiculous and they don't have customer care,considering I am paying my money for insurance and this phone was not even 2 months old. I want them to shave this phone in their ass and bring back my money. I will never support or recommend this store,instead I will tell everyone I know not to buy cellphones from them
