Cellphone repair

I have sent my device for repair in April and paid my access in May and its end of June I haven't hear anything from them, they have WhatsApp number when i try to contact them via WhatsApp they just blue tick me and with there call Centre they never answer at all I need my device back please.

I'm not happy with there services at all
