cellphone Repair

I bought a cellphone (Blackberry 9720)on my Edgars account at Edgars Active Sontonga branch (store code 2732).Last year my phone stopped charging, on the 5th of May 2015 I took the phone back to the branch for repairs...when I went back to check if my phone is back they contacted the people where the phone was sent to nd I was told they wn't be able to fix my phone because my insurance has been cancelled (of which I wasn't aware of) I then asked that they bring my phone back since I dnt have the insurance anymore.<br> <br> I go to Edgars Sontonga Mall branch every 3 weeks or after a month to look for my phone, my phone is not coming back I dnt know what to do anymore. When I get there they make me talk to the insurance people (call centre) they ask me same questions everytime then tell me I must expect the phone in 7 days but my phone is not coming back I dnt know who to talk to anymore ??
