Cellphone refund

Bought a phone Huawei Y7 at Edgars on Saturday. I was extremely disappointed with the phone with its system not responding, freezing, switching off then on while I'm busy etc. I then took it back today to edgars which is well within 7 days but the excuses I got there were so appalling. They didn't want to give me my money back then they confined me into spending in their shop by giving me an edcon gift voucher which I can't use to buy the phone that I want at Game stores. I'll never buy a phone from Edgars ever again. I want my money BACK

You guys(Venessay Chety I think) called me yesterday saying you sorry for my experience, you'll contact the edgars in Thanet about my query but you never got back to me. I call today to find out what's the progress only to be told that my query has been closed because Edgars Tzaneen says I was happy with a gift voucher? Like how am I happy with something I can't use yo buy the phone I want where I want to buy it (That is GAME stores). I went to Edgars with money /cash and would reallyappreciate if I got my cash back. I DO NOT WANT YOUR GIFT VOUCHER, I EVEN SAID IN THE STORE THAT I DON'T WANT IT BECAUSE I WANT TO BUY A NEW PHONE WITH MY MONEY AT GAME. I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH EDGARS.
