Cellphone query with edcon
I have a cellphone insurance with Edcon. My claim is R10000. ... access R1200. Then I don't find a 10 grand phone. I bought a R9699 phone. It was faulty after few days I took it back. It was authorised that I take another phone,so I don't want the same phone. Now they telling me they don't have another phone for that amount . They outsourced for me and got a R8000 phone. So I asked what's gonna happen to the balance. It's just not fair that they telling me to forfeit the balance. Is that fair
