Cellphone purchase nightmare

I bought a cellphone at Edgars stores at lekeside mall in Benoni on the 27th March 2018 . I wanted a phone that accommodates dual SIM cards. I discovered that the one I bought does not accommodate dual SIM cards. I returned the phone back to the store today the 28th March 2018. The store manager was not available, the assistant manager with her first name Maria approached me with an arrogant attitude and refused to exchange the phone or refund me. I then called Edcon head office and I was told the exact same story. I have now reported this to the consumer commission. It seems Edgars staff have no regards for their customers and will never resolve a dispute in a amicable manne. I would advise you all to never buy anything from Edgars Lakeside mall.
