Cellphone insurance ****

To whom it may concern

It has been almost 3 months since I have submitted a claim on my cellphone insurance, you have had the phone for the whole 3 months and I simply cannot get any communication from you. I really am at my witts end now and have logged a complaint with the Ombud.

Your call centre agents are rude drops the phone in my ear and no one can tell me when I will be receiving my phone.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever received , you really should be ashamed.
