Cellphone insurance ****

I have been ****** for almost 2 years..I claimed 3phones after they were ****** I'm 2018 August to date Edgar's is still billing for insurance.called their call centre they DNT have ref numbers for the calls.im still waiting for feedback and to be reimbursed before I go to the ombudsman.pls
