Cellphone Insurance Premiums Refund

I would like to request a refund of my premiums paid, for my J4 Core Smartphone insured under Edgars. As you guys have decides to cancel my insurance, now my device is not covered. Let's be reasonable here, Edgars has greed, and doesn't care about it's customers. All it looks at is sucking money out of it's customers, so may I please get my money back. Or the easiest way is to get a court order for Edgars, for you guys to be able to refund me. Because it seems like, you not willing to assist me at all. I'm a customer and know my rights, I will not let this one slide. You guys bully customers and think you can get away with it, not at my expense.
