cellphone insurance not worth having.....pathetic, pathetic, pathetic

I have send in a cellphone claim in march 2020 it has been send back twice and phone came back with the same problem. It was finally send back to the branch 13 aug 2020 with the same problem persisting. I refused to send it back again for the third time and found out that the phone was send back for the third time on the 19th Aug 2020. No feedback. no calls coming back with feedback or progress. I have to everytime phone and hold on 30 min and more. Promises made to be called back. Mpho, shamiema,nthlanthla had to phone back Mpho let the phone ring once and put it down, the other don't bother. It is the most pathetic, incompotant and no service delivery attitude I have experience. 6 months, and phone returned three time with the same problem. I am so fed up with this don't care service and they receive monthly there instalments. pathetic, pathetic, pathetic and not worth having insurance. I think this need to go to insurance ombud.
