Cellphone insurance claim issue

I have an cellphone insurance with edgars and they are patnered with Hollard sohva. I logged a claim on friday lost my phone and got a rejection letter saying that I have not been paying my premium since December. My issue here is that I pay my premium via Edgars and Sohva or Hollard suppose to get my premium through Edgars account. Every month i am getting sms of how much I need to pay for my Edgars account and I pay that amount. Now I am rejected because of Edgars is not paying my premium to Sohva reason i don't know and now this look like all my fault.When I am lodging a complaint I am not getting help on both sides Edgars and Sohva
