Cellphone Insurance Cancellation without my Consent
I would like to complain about Edgars, for them cancelling my cellphone insurance without my consent. Now my device is not insured, due to the selfish retail Edgars Stores. If they need good reviews from us, they should start treating customers with respect. I would like my Cellphone insurance, re-instated with all the premiums I've made to the. Because that is my money, at the end of the day. As I'm willing to continue with paying my Cellphone Insurance, to ensure my device is safe.

11 Oct 2019, 14:17I would like to find out, what about the safety of my device? I request that I get a R1 normal acccount, which will allow me to pay for my Cellphone Insurance on a monthly basis. As I stated that, I need my insurance re-instated. Or else I'm taking this to the Consumer Ombudsmen Department, as I'm not satisfied with the level of service I am given.
