Cellphone Insurance

It is with great sadness and disappointment to write this review as it has been quite an easy and great experience I have had with Egdars and claiming insurance for a cellphone, I must say I was happy until recently.

We went to Edgars to claim cellphone insurance and to our surprise the process had been change since covid-19 hit we understood that we need proceed with a claim on our own (as per the Edgars lady that advised us), but it was truly not an easy task as I had mentioned above, till this day we are waiting for a response from insurance and we have not received any, one would understand that being without a cellphone for so long is frustrating as the world we live in requires an individual to have and use a cellphone each and every day, we hope we receive some sort of assistance and it does not take more than a week.
