Cellphone insurance
I have cellphone insurance on my account. In June 2015 handed in a cell phone. Got a quote - turned it down and since then I have phoned in excess of 50 times to the Vodacom centre affiliated with your business and have still not received my phone back. At Lakeside Mall went into the shop and they have tried to get hold of people. The response is I have to drive to JHB to pick up phone. WHY!?!?! <br> I can not even get your call centre to take my phone call.
