On Sunday I was looking for a phone. My daughter wanted a J5 was told by the cellphone consultant at Chris hani mall edgars that a j3 has same features as j5 . And since I took on my arrival home my daughter said it was not the same. When trying to return it was told that since the box was unsealed I can't return. My problem is that the consultant was the one that opened the sealed box n the phone is still on the new condition as I found it hasn't been used. Am I liable to pay for a phone that I don't want. Can't it be returned since my 7 days have not lapsed. Why should I be blamed for returning an unsealed box when I got it like that from the branch. Can the store manager hire people with cellphone knowledge.
