In December 2015 i bought a samsung cellphone from Edgars Tygervally. After 2 weeks it started rebooting on almost every call i make. I returned it to the store in January 2016. I was told that it has to lay in the store for 21 days before it will be sent to Johannesburg and then take 21 days after repair to be returned to the store. As it is unacceptable for me to pay for a product and have no use for it for almost 2 months i took the issue up with the store manager. The phone was treated as an urgent matter and the phone sent off to vodacom. It was returned to me a week later after a software update was done. 2 days later the phone did the same thing. It was taken back to Edgars Tygervally and was sent back for repairs. Today i was informed that the phone is in the process of being returned to the shop by vodacom. They find no fault with the cellular device so cannot fix anything and refuse to give me a different phone. I am paying for a phone i cannot even have a proper conversation on. This dissatisfied customer thinks this service is pathetic.
