Cellphone

I have purchased a Verssed from Edgar's active last week which i had to return because the camera was faulty after 2days. They in turn gave me a Vodafone which they did not inform me that can only be used with earphones and that i did not want that. I returned it and after having to argue in the store they gave me a gift card which i can use and i in turn went to Edgars in Voortrekker road Bellville and they gave me a new Verssed which now after10 does not charge battery gets hot when busy charging and only lasts 30mins. Now 7 days out of box failure is over and they want to send the phone away for repairs without me having a phone and with Edgar's sitting with my money. I want either my monies back or a different phone for all the inconvenience i have endured
