I bought a Mobicel Vivo cellphone from Edgars Parow Centre on evening of the 15th January 2016, the very same evening when I was setting up the security pattern I got distracted and when got back to I had forgotten the unlock pattern and had to reset the phone back to its factory settings. I reset it because I did not have any information saved on it yet besides 2 app downloads. After resetting the phone it showed a message \This phone was reset
