Cell phone contract

I am highly disappointed in Game N1 city's perthetic service! I've been waiting for 2 weeks for them to be of assistance regarding a cell phone contract I app**** for....I still have not gotten any feedback from them...I tried calling the several times this morning and still no answer ....the service I've received this far ...is perthetic and unprofessional
