Cell phone claim

good day, my name is Ntombi and i would like assistance with regard to a claim I have lodged with Edgar's where my phone was bought and insured and I have been approved and paid the access fee on the 8th of October 2020 went to the store with the proof of payment as i needed to deposit the money into the insurer's account and they have told me by the store that I will receive a call so that I can tell them which phone do I prefer that is with the range of approved amount until today I have been waiting no one called or anything.
