Hello my name is Boitumelo Baloyi I bought a new phone last year the 5th of March 2020 and the phone just work for a month and then now I trust that you made that giving me a problem they said they can't repair the phone and I don't know why because that phone I never used it and it still bring you so I'm failing to understand why because now I'm paying for something that it's not working and it's a question for me I can't understand it like this is really hurting me and I took my money and went up and down with this phone no like I'm flipping head
