Cell contract??

I wrote a complaint on 6 February about being billed for a data contract and sms contract, which I never took out. I have been to Edgars at The Glen as well, but they were unable to assist me ( The service was really great, thank you! ). I now refuse to pay my account, due to the fact that I am still being charged after lodging a complaint with Edgars. I have tried on numerous occasions to sort out this issue and have requested that the documents be sent to me, where this subscription was agreed on, but I am still waiting. I have an unlimited cell contract since May last year, so I would love to know who is benefiting from this subscription? <br> <br> P.S. This is *****<br>
