CELL C AIRTIME CHARGED ON EDGARS ACCOUNT

Airtime Cell C charges on Account for R25 every month for the last few years Asked on several occasion reason for charge and to remove this. No even on Cell C !!! No response of helped regarding this matter. Please help !!!
