Cashiers say no to my money

I realise that today is Heritage Day and that nobody 'really wants to work', but come on! Your staff are after all being paid a salary to work today. At 16:55 I walked into your store. They were closing in five minutes but I was in time. I went to the till and was told it's not working. So I had to go to another till that had already closed their tills. This was in the ''Customer Service' area. It wasn't even 10 minutes past closing time and they all closed? Nevertheless, someone opened it and I purchased what I needed to. On my way out, I saw another two items and so grabbed them and went back to the last time. They told me they are closed and that I must go elsewhere in the store, so I went back to the original and main till area - only to be told again that their tills aren't working this time? Am I an idiot? Not working? Surely you should only close all your tills after the last paying customer has left the store? Not right! I had to literally beg to have my money taken. I am completely insulted by this disgusting attitude. I eventually complained to the manager on duty, Simphiwe (a great guy).. He told me he would get the store manager, Grant, to call me tomorrow. Let's see?!
