cash refunds!

I no longer wish to purchase at edgars because when my neice tryd to return 1 of her eid gifts she was turned down for a cash refund. She had the original docket and it was not a gift receipt. I gave her the original so that if its not suitable she can get a cash refund! many customers complaining about your new policy. It seems edgars is determined to not give customers cash bac. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't experience it myself a few months back. U keep saying edgars does not enforce gift cards then y do keep telling the customer to take a gift card?? U shd be refunded in the same way u purchased. Where is the ethics ppl? Other stores don't do that. They give u your cash back with no hassle. Shopping experience is becoming v unpleasant and this refund policy is not customer friendly. STOP, before you have no customers left. Do not contact me. I am really not intersted. I wil happily shop at a store that is not Annoying customers because the company is in a financial distress! Please note I wil be returning all unused items that I have purchased.. N I want my cash back! No more shopping at edgars!
