Cash payment
I requested a cash payment on my account 29 Sep 2022. All confirmed, just needed to send ID copy. Payment will be made within 48 hours. I followed up on 3 Oct and was then asked to send proof of bank details. Was advised it will take another 48 hours. No further documentation needed. Email on 5 Oct and was advised that there is a backlog on 3 Oct applications. Ever since my emails get ignored. Another 2 weeks and 2 days passed and still have no payout.
