One Star. Not deserving it Edgars, Unfortunately I had to pick it to continue my complain.

My mom`s Edgards card was cloned 25 October 2022.

I made a payment of R1000 on 27 October 2022, at Edgars Centurion Mall.

Neither me, nor my mom was in Johannesburg at Pick Pay at Coachmans Crossing in Johannesburg. She is in a facility of Alzheimers patients, and I am paying her installments till the account is paid up.

Please investigate this *****. My mom did not apply for a new card. It is not damaged, as indicated on the statement received.
