CAN'T PAY MY ACCOUNT

Ever since Edgars was taken over by whoever.... I cannot make an EFT payment to pay my account. The information given cannot be added as a beneficiary and says that I should go to "pay account" on my banking app, yet the new banking details of Edgars doesn't even show up. Other than that, the interest rate is over 17%... so no payment, more interest.

Please assist with the EFT situation!
