Cant give me detais of debt collectors

I have been trying for 2 weeks to find out who is the debt collector who is handling my edgars account. I call edgars accounts and they give me a number, I call the number which was edgars debt collection and they tell me I haven't made payment since last year. yet I get debited every month by naedo collections and no one can tell me who it is. I just need to change my debit order date and this is such a mission.<br> <br> another thing, why does it say I have credit available but I am unable to spend it then>?????
