Can't get a refund due to Edgars website error just before my wedding

I would like to know how Edgars messes up with my order because you put the incorrect pictures on products online and now I am being ignored when I would like to know where my refund is. Shame on you Kribashnee Hansraj, a response hurts nobody! And unfortunate for me that I am busy with work during the day to call a person. Warning! Be careful of buying through Edgars with PayJustNow because now I can't get assistance from either company passing the buck!!! As usual
