Can't close my account!

Does anyone else also battle to close your Edgars account. When you go into the stores over a weekend they can't help you. If they sold you a policy or something, it is not Edgars apparently but a different company. Edgars takes no responsibility for these companies. They are not even interested in the cancellation numbers!
