Can’t close Edgars account

Cant close account even though we paid up. Been in store they say can’t get through they need to call as it’s now with rcs. Who gave permission for them to move my account to RCS???. I call they say I need to call head office. I call head office they say they can’t close because of transfer of accounts. This is such BS I want the. Account closed why is it so hard????
