Cannot use your vouchers without an SMS

I was at Cresta Edgars and was purchasing a Soviet watch for my husband for Fathers Day. I advised the teller that I had a new cell phone and the sms with my Fathers-day voucher was on my old phone and please could I still make use of the voucher. The cashier advised that only customer services could allow this. She did after some insistence from my side call customer services to verify that I had not already used a voucher for this but came back to tell me that no-one at Edgars could auth the voucher without the actual sms notification.<br> <br> Now if I had been ****** and replaced my phone for this reason are you telling me Edgars would have the cheek to withhold this voucher from me as a client. I honestly feel that Edgars ****** me of this voucher in refusing to honor it without the sms notification!
