Cannot use voucher
I received an electronic voucher from Edgars on the 1st of Dec valid till the 3rd of Dec. I tried using the voucher at CNA on the 1st. Just to be told I can't use the voucher because it is for Edgars. I phone customer services and the phone was put down in my ear twice. Finally spoke to a lady that said the marketing department will have to follow up on this. No feedback yet. According to the Edcon groups terms and conditions you can use any voucher at any store in the group. Very unhappy and still no feedback

04 Dec 2017, 13:06I am closing my account with Edgars TODAY!!! On their terms and conditions the vouchers are discussed etc etc - now they tell me yes but its not a electronic gift card its and electronic voucher - and no they can't explain the difference! NO THANKS HAD ENOUGH!!!
