Cannot trace my payment

hi,<br> <br> Please 'note that my account with Edgars was paid made on the 21/02/2013 but yet I am adcvised that there is still oustanding amounts. (but Electronic Payment MADE.)<br> <br> i have provided them couple of times with Proof of payment but yet they cannot see my payment. I have been promised to be contacted by alot of consultants from Debt collecting but never received a call.<br> <br> i tried emailing [Email Removed] in Novemebr 2014 but not respense but this person was reading my email as i received read receipts. my aCCOUNT REFERENCE IS ***).<br> <br> <br> I need this corrected as im not owing them anything and my name be removed from ITC or credit bearue.<br> <br> if they need prrof of payment again let them call me.
