Cannot return my items

Worst experience with Edgars! My brother bought my mother a gift, and gave me the slip to return it if it was the wrong gift. I tried to return it, and couldn’t because only the person who buys can return which makes no sense since if you want to return something someone bought for you, you wouldn’t always want them to know. No one even made an effort to assist me and just said he has to come in. Now I lost R960 before Christmas.
