Cannot resnd a promotion

I was sent and SMS where I was offered a free purchase of specified goods to the value of R 700 if I spent R 1500 or more at any Edgars store before the 15 th November 2015. <br> <br> I accidently deleted the sms and when I went in to the Benoni store to ask for them to send it again or to find out if its linked to my store card account as it had a particular voucher number on the message and I would like to use it . They contacted their Head Office and said they would escalate it and look into it . I was quite impressed with the Benoni Stores service . <br> <br> I today received a phone call from Edcon Head Office advising me they cannot resend the sms and that's it , I have lost out on the promotion . <br> <br> I think this very poor as I am a long standing customer with Edgars with a good record and if no one cannot go to the trouble of re sending an SMS , I relay think that their service is appalling .
