Cannot online shop due to Edgars off line for 3 days

I keep getting sms's telling me to shop and i thought i would try their online sale shop. I found quite a few items i liked, but was unable to purchase online as apparently my card is too old. I contacted the Contact centre that asked me to go to my nearest Edgars branch to swop my card for a new card.

Well i went, just to be told they have been off line for 3 days and do not know when they will be online again. Seriously a company that drastically needs sales and this is how you treat your customers.

For pete sake, can you tell me what on earth i must do.
